Emma is just the best at getting me pumped and motivated! Emma takes her time to ensure you know and feel confident in everything you do and is honestly just a brilliant personal trainer! I wish I went to her gym so I could do more one on one sessions with her. Her online workout plans are thoroughly thought through to ensure they are personal to the individual.
